As a holistic healing arts provider, I work with children, families and adults to gain a better understanding of their social and emotional selves to foster a better sense of balance in their lives. My work focuses on skill building, psychological education, techniques in processing trauma-all while developing resources to help improve overall sense of emotional competency.
